Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, specify, procure, install, and commission powder handling/dispensing systems, industrial mixers, and liquid dispensing equipment for formulated materials.
  • •Own core powder equipment, mixers, and liquid dispensing systems, ensuring integration with upstream feed and downstream packaging.
  • •Automate production cells using sensors, motion, recipe/batch control, interlocks, data logging, and PLC/HMI/SCADA integration.
  • •Design custom tooling and fixtures to enable automation, taking concepts from CAD through fabrication, tryout, and production release.
  • •Lead capital equipment projects cradle-to-grave, including vendor selection, FAT/SAT, installation, ramp, and productionization for NPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience with powder handling/dispensing, industrial mixers, liquid dispensing, fluid delivery, or chemical/materials production equipment.
  • •Hands-on experience across powder systems, mixers, and liquid automation/dispensing in a production environment.
  • •Ability to design, specify, or commission production equipment (including leading installs through vendor FAT/SAT and implementation).
  • •Must be able to wear and obtain certification in the wearing of an air respirator.
