Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and re-engineer inefficient cargo-facing and internal operational processes using digital tools and lean principles.
  • •Support the Chief of Cargo in executing the 2030 Strategy and mandates to deliver the transformation portfolio.
  • •Own end-to-end intelligent automation (IA) implementation and develop models for business optimization and scalability across cargo touchpoints.
  • •Develop roadmaps for continuous digital improvement across vendor-operated services and cargo operations to deliver value from digital initiatives.
  • •Champion agile and design-thinking practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to digitalize KPI tracking, quality monitoring, and issue resolution workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Digital Transformation, IT, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 12 years of experience leading high-impact initiatives to improve the shipper/forwarder experience, reduce operational costs, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • •Strong understanding of Cargo Management Systems, e-freight standards (eAWB), and digital booking platforms, including shipment journey mapping (booking to delivery).
  • •Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • •Proven ability to deliver results using agile methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
