Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute field marketing strategy across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and other priority markets within the region.
  • •Drive account-based marketing programs by mapping buying centers and orchestrating multi-touch engagement across executive briefings, targeted campaigns, industry events, and owned customer programs.
  • •Plan and execute owned customer events and private briefings in partnership with Sales and Capture teams to accelerate opportunity progression.
  • •Align marketing programs with regional sales objectives, pipeline targets, account plans, and strategic capture priorities to drive measurable revenue impact.
  • •Own Salesforce and Marketo campaign execution, including tracking, data integrity, and marketing-to-sales workflow alignment for accurate pipeline reporting and attribution.

Key Requirements

  • •8 to 12 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing roles with exposure to government, defense, aerospace, or national security markets across Southeast Asia and/or Oceania.
  • •Demonstrated success marketing into government, military, defense, or aerospace organizations across Australia and/or other priority markets in Southeast Asia and Oceania.
  • •Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including campaign creation, Campaign ID management, opportunity alignment, required field governance, reporting, and close partnership with Sales on CRM hygiene.
  • •Hands-on experience with Marketo, including campaign build, segmentation, nurture programs, performance tracking, and marketing-to-sales workflow alignment.
  • •Proven ability to lead and execute account-based marketing programs (ABM) within complex enterprise, government, or strategic accounts, including execution of events, executive briefings, and owned customer programs.
