  • •Build and execute integrated program plans aligned to cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • •Lead equipment specification, sourcing, and implementation to support capacity expansion and operational readiness.
  • •Drive new product industrialization and improve manufacturing processes in partnership with manufacturing teams.
  • •Ensure program governance using ProLaunch and structured reporting while maintaining safety and contractor compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent operations/continuous improvement/capital project execution/program management within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 3 years of direct experience leading CapEx projects from initiation through launch with scope, cost, schedule, and execution ownership.
  • •Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation (PMP) or equivalent.
  • •Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma and practical experience applying process improvement tools.
