Provide timely, accurate client transaction processing while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies. Deliver a superior client experience by understanding financial needs, educating clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Cross-trained to assist with sales and service activities, handle new account openings as a secondary contact, follow internal controls and risk policies, and participate in retail leadership routines and ongoing training.
