Job Summary

Lead the leasing and acquisition of hyperscale data center capacity across the Americas market. Analyze target metros and regions, build acquisition pipelines, and negotiate commercial terms with landlords and stakeholders. Own the end-to-end site acquisition process, including due diligence, cost analysis, and presenting deal summaries for approval. Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, capacity planning, operations, legal, finance, compliance, and government relationships to drive deals to execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with stakeholders to understand capacity needs and site requirements across assigned metros/regions, conduct market analysis, and drive site acquisition strategy and executive decisions.
•Engage and onboard qualified suppliers and lead the end-to-end site acquisition/procurement process, including due diligence and recommending lease deals.
•Manage the existing lease portfolio and continuously drive a long-term acquisition strategy focused on cost efficiency and quality assurance.
•Work with cross-functional business partners to negotiate and prepare executable contracts.
•Lead cross-functional evaluation, selection, and negotiation of leases, and coordinate due diligence to qualify sites for ByteDance needs, preparing deal summaries for financial approval.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
•Proven experience leading complex initiatives through coordination and project management to successful completion.
•Track record leading significant data center deals from decision through execution, including full life-cycle management of infra deals.
•Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, including executive-level engagement.
•High proficiency in Portuguese to communicate with stakeholders in Brazil.
