Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently for egg and chick delivery.
  • •Conduct equipment inspections and report issues to the Supervisor.
  • •Operate trucks in a way that maintains product quality and integrity.
  • •Communicate with hatchery personnel, live production teams, and farm staff and maintain accurate documentation.
  • •Maintain equipment and work areas clean and orderly; follow housekeeping schedules and PPE requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the previous 36 months.
  • •Must not have a positive drug or alcohol test in the previous 5 years.

  • •Working knowledge of driving and traffic rules, with good hand-eye coordination.
  • •Ability to lift 50 lbs or more; manual CMV operation preferred.
