Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with construction project managers on major megaprojects to ensure scope capture and that key decisions and updates reach executives quickly.
  • •Maintain project velocity by running recurring stakeholder meetings and setting, tracking, and enforcing deadlines for critical-path action items.
  • •Build analyses framing executive-level decisions, including cost and timing tradeoffs; support early facility conceptualization using cost-vs-revenue and breakeven models.
  • •Create capital projects tooling and analytics for Design & Construction, including financial dashboards, reports, and approval flows; start in Excel and iterate to scalable tools.
  • •Own site turnovers by driving punchlists to zero open issues and ensuring production teams have required infrastructure, coordinating with physical security and network engineering teams.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, or a business analyst role.
  • •Proven experience in Design & Construction, or ability to ramp quickly into the domain.
  • •Strong analytical aptitude, including quickly executing analyses in Excel and using PowerPoint to communicate with executives.
  • •Comfort communicating broadly with large groups and senior leadership, and building clear frameworks to structure problems.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
