Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, assist with questions, and rent lawn chairs to patrons.
  • •Sell venue upsells such as Premier parking, reserved lawn, fast lane, VIP and all-inclusive club access, deck access, and parking, plus blankets and merchandise.
  • •Communicate daily concert promotions, upsells, future ticket deals, and specials on Premier parking.
  • •Set up and break down ancillary signs, tables, and tents as needed, and examine tickets/passes to determine authenticity.
  • •Handle cash and credit card transactions, balance out each shift, and participate in post-show clean up.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20.75 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check.
  • •Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with tact and good judgment.
  • •Able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including late evenings.
  • •Constant walking/standing outdoors in all weather conditions and able to lift/carry 25+ pounds.
  • •Familiar with iPhone and iPad technology; prior cash handling experience is preferred.
