Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the central legal coordinator for significant litigation, arbitration, and contentious matters involving Group Affiliates.
  • •Provide strategic legal advice and litigation support on high-risk, business-critical disputes and investigations.
  • •Coordinate and oversee M&A-related litigation and contentious matters, including transactions, integrations, divestments, and post-closing claims.
  • •Maintain and improve the quarterly Global Litigation Report and coordinate litigation reporting, including risk assessments and key developments.
  • •Supervise external counsel relationships for strategic disputes, including selection/appointment support and performance monitoring, and contribute to dispute prevention and litigation governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer or legal counsel with 8+ years of experience in international dispute resolution, litigation, or contentious regulatory matters.
  • •Experience in managing complex cross-border litigation, including M&A-related disputes or post-transaction claims, and coordinating external counsel across jurisdictions.
  • •Proven litigation strategy, dispute prevention, and litigation management capabilities.
  • •Strong judgement with the ability to assess legal, financial, and reputational risks.
  • •Excellent English and French (written and oral). Additional languages are a plus.
