Senior Legal Counsel - Global Litigation

Lead global litigation support within the Global Markets Legal Team, coordinating major disputes across Group Affiliates worldwide. Provide strategic advice for high-risk, business-critical litigation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, and M&A-related contentious matters. Manage the litigation governance framework, including the Global Litigation Report and dispute reporting processes, while partnering with local counsel, external law firms, business stakeholders, and senior management to improve prevention and dispute-management practices.
