Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience as the front-line brand ambassador. Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
•Ability to work at a fast pace and handle physical demands on the sales floor and stockroom (including lifting up to 25 lb regularly).
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
