Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in delivering projects efficiently and to required quality standards on time.
  • •Support project execution by managing individual tasks across the construction process, including submittals and RFI processes.
  • •Assist in preparing proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects.
  • •Help establish and maintain project governance, including issues/action logs, meeting minutes, and driving actions to closure.
  • •Support cost tracking and reporting, including maintaining EVM systems and liaising with finance teams; may include SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Recent graduate with less than two years of industry experience (0-2 years).
  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
  • •Preferred degrees include Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business.
  • •Ability to support project governance, processes, and systems used throughout projects.
  • •Experience with tracking and reporting project information and maintaining accurate records.
