Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as lead HR business partner for multiple campuses, supporting people strategies aligned to school priorities.
  • •Lead recruitment and onboarding, including safer recruitment practices, staffing alignment, induction, and ADEK pass/visa processes.
  • •Coordinate probation reviews and performance appraisal cycles, advising on performance concerns and updating job descriptions with competency frameworks.
  • •Lead employee relations cases and investigations, advising on disciplinary matters, grievances, and conduct issues while escalating high-risk/legal matters as appropriate.
  • •Oversee HR operations and administration (time & attendance, leave, staff files, contracts, exits/settlements) and manage HR data/reporting and compliance documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years in HR or recruitment in any industry, with education industry experience essential.
  • •Proven knowledge of UAE Labour Law and ADEK/KHDA compliance requirements.
  • •Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft 360 suite and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics).
  • •Recognized HR qualification/professional subscription (e.g., CIPD) desirable.
