Key Responsibilities

•Develop modules for an internet lending system, including loan origination, risk decisioning, transaction processing, and ledger, ensuring stability and data consistency under high concurrency.
•Write clean, idiomatic Rust code following team guidelines; create comprehensive unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews.
•Contribute to Domain-Driven Design modeling and microservices architecture discussions to build scalable, maintainable system blueprints.
•Use AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) for code generation, refactoring, test coverage, and troubleshooting.
•Support performance tuning and reliability by resolving memory safety issues, concurrency races, and database bottlenecks to meet financial-grade SLAs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
•3+ years of backend development experience with hands-on use of Rust (or Rust/Go/Java/C++), including concurrency, memory management, and async programming.
•Working English for technical discussions, code reviews, and async written communication.
•Solid knowledge of Domain-Driven Design and experience with identifying bounded contexts and designing aggregates (distributed systems is a plus).
•Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL, including writing efficient SQL queries and understanding basic indexing.
