Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with TKM suppliers in the USA to drive quality culture and improve overall quality of TKM kits.
  • •Develop and release BKM for kit cleaning; resolve supplier concerns related to released BKM.
  • •Drive and participate in first-in-fab qualification of kits at customer fabs and attend weekly customer meetings to provide progress and close escalations.
  • •Lead quality issue resolution with suppliers using 8D and RCCA; own FA for the AGS quality group and implement RCCA for timely closure.
  • •Perform supplier technical audits and evaluate supplier performance/capability; evaluate technical requirements for products and support product development/reliability teams for qualified suppliers.
