Job Summary

Implement and support SAP Business ByDesign solutions across client projects, troubleshooting complex scenarios and acting as lead consultant when needed. Configure, test, implement, and maintain the platform with a focus on supply chain and project accounting. Lead solution design and functional specifications (including SAP Business ByDesign SDK/SAP BTP work), manage workload and deliveries, provide presales support, answer customer queries, deliver training, and ensure high-quality documentation and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Support SAP Business ByDesign client implementations by troubleshooting complex scenarios and, when required, taking over as lead consultant for distressed projects.
•Configure, unit test, implement, deliver, and maintain SAP Business ByDesign systems, including authoring solution design documents and functional specifications (SAP Business ByDesign SDK/SAP BTP).
•Act as a lead consultant on implementation projects within supply chain and project accounting expertise, including technical sign-off before customer UAT handover.
•Support presales activities such as pre-project workshops, effort estimates review, process/business requirement advice, and statement of work review.
•Provide customer support by handling challenging tickets and queries, create analytical reports, deliver training, maintain quality documentation, and recommend changes to improve system performance.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in SAP Business ByDesign, including configuration, troubleshooting, and implementation, with a strong focus on supply chain (project accounting processes advantageous).
•Strong consultancy skills to advise clients strategically, map requirements to SAP Business ByDesign, and effectively support troubled projects with a “Cloud Mindset.”
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for leading workshops, interacting with clients, and mentoring team members.
•Ability to analyse complex issues and troubleshoot effectively, providing timely and innovative solutions.
•Experience managing workloads and meeting project deadlines through collaboration with diverse teams.
