Key Responsibilities

  • •Support SAP Business ByDesign client implementations by troubleshooting complex scenarios and, when required, taking over as lead consultant for distressed projects.
  • •Configure, unit test, implement, deliver, and maintain SAP Business ByDesign systems, including authoring solution design documents and functional specifications (SAP Business ByDesign SDK/SAP BTP).
  • •Act as a lead consultant on implementation projects within supply chain and project accounting expertise, including technical sign-off before customer UAT handover.
  • •Support presales activities such as pre-project workshops, effort estimates review, process/business requirement advice, and statement of work review.
  • •Provide customer support by handling challenging tickets and queries, create analytical reports, deliver training, maintain quality documentation, and recommend changes to improve system performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in SAP Business ByDesign, including configuration, troubleshooting, and implementation, with a strong focus on supply chain (project accounting processes advantageous).
  • •Strong consultancy skills to advise clients strategically, map requirements to SAP Business ByDesign, and effectively support troubled projects with a “Cloud Mindset.”
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills for leading workshops, interacting with clients, and mentoring team members.
  • •Ability to analyse complex issues and troubleshoot effectively, providing timely and innovative solutions.
  • •Experience managing workloads and meeting project deadlines through collaboration with diverse teams.
