Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Westfield Topanga

Drive store sales goals as a Sales Associate by delivering an authentic ALO guest experience through genuine connection, product education, and sharing ALO’s community and culture. You’ll help exceed sales targets by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, maintain an engaging sales floor, build daily customer relationships, and support merchandising, shipment processing, and front/back-of-house procedures in line with store leadership.
