  • •Design and deliver scalable, reliable end-to-end SAP AI solutions based on SAP AI Foundation and SAP Build Suite.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • •6-8 years of SAP experience, including 3+ years in an architect role.
  • •Professional fluency in German and English.
  • •Solid expertise in SAP architecture principles and full-stack development on SAP BTP using Fiori UI and the CAP framework.
  • •Experience designing SAP AI solutions on SAP BTP (e.g., Generative AI Hub, RAG, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration) and integrating SAP AI Foundation capabilities.
