Job Summary

Lead the commercial growth strategy in Dubai by owning team revenue performance and driving month-on-month and quarter-on-quarter growth. Develop and execute the sales vision, identify new revenue streams, and improve client acquisition, retention, and deal size. Manage the full sales pipeline with strong CRM discipline, deliver accurate forecasting and reporting, coach and develop B2B sales teams, and build strategic advertising/media and business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

•Own team revenue performance and deliver sustainable month-on-month and quarter-on-quarter growth.
•Develop and execute the overall sales vision and commercial strategy.
•Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through performance reviews and mentoring.
•Manage the complete sales pipeline with strong CRM discipline and maintain accurate forecasting.
•Build strategic partnerships, improve client acquisition/retention/average deal value, and deliver initiatives on agreed timelines.
