•Establish and report metrics to evaluate L&D impact on employee performance and organizational success, using data to optimize programs.
•Build stakeholder relationships, drive a continuous-learning culture, and support change management through targeted development programs.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
•7-10 years of experience in HR, training, or L&D roles.
•Ability to develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals.
•Expertise in instructional design to design and deliver effective training programs.
•Proficiency in assessing training needs and measuring program effectiveness using data to drive improvements.
