Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all construction & commissioning activities are carried out at site per approved plans, specifications and schedule, in compliance with HSSE & Quality regulations.
  • •Supervise daily site operations for your discipline, including workforce management, material handling and equipment usage, with up-to-date drawings and procedures.
  • •Witness construction and pre-commissioning tests and endorse quality check sheets as required by the Quality Control Plan.
  • •Enforce HSSE protocols and coordinate between construction team, project management and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • •Prepare and submit reports on achievements, challenges and recommendations to the project management team.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical college diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
  • •Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role, with strong understanding of construction & commissioning management processes in the relevant discipline.
