Job Summary

Lead daily sales and team activities on the sales floor to deliver outstanding consumer experiences. Apply Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model, coach and motivate team members, and partner with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals. Support store operations across POS, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, stockroom routines, and key-holder opening/closing, cash handling, and asset protection procedures.

•Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs core values.
•Assist in store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
•Manage day-to-day team activities through task delegation, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-up while maintaining service standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 21 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 18 years or older.
•2-3 years of retail experience, with preference for prior store leadership roles.
•Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to perform physical demands including lifting 30 pounds or more with assistance and being on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
