Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, implement, monitor, and support on-premises infrastructure to ensure security, resilience, and alignment with IT strategy and information security policies.
  • •Manage Windows and Linux server environments; administer Active Directory, file services, DNS, and DHCP; support Microsoft 365 services and collaboration platforms.
  • •Administer VMware private cloud and virtualized environments; manage server hardware, storage, and infrastructure services; maintain endpoint, antivirus, and anti-spam/security platforms.
  • •Monitor performance and security events; investigate incidents and alerts; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Own backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes, including testing/validation and maintaining recovery documentation; support improvements and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support.
  • •Proven experience administering enterprise on-premises Microsoft and VMware environments, including Windows Server and virtualization.
  • •Expertise across compute, storage, networking, virtualization, security, and identity management technologies.
  • •Hands-on skills with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 services, SCCM/SCOM/Intune, and PowerShell automation.
