  • •Monitor and report operations integrity and success; coordinate schedules with mission partners and report security, staffing, or resource problems.
  • •Coordinate and direct software and/or equipment test activities.
  • •Coordinate issues with outside mission nodes and address operational issues with mission partners.
  • •Make formal proposals for systems and site improvements and provide senior-level briefings/correspondence as needed; cover operations/facilities/floor manager and access/shipment control outside normal hours.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors or equivalent plus 5+ years of related experience.
  • •Experience supporting Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission operations and support (highly desired).
  • •Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends with a 4-days-on/4-days-off schedule.
  • •Strong communication skills across email, written, chat, and telephone, with the ability to work independently under limited supervision.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with CI Poly; candidate must be indoctrinated prior to reporting to the site.
