Vans: Supervisor - Barton Creek Square

Lead daily store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, maintain merchandising and replenishment standards, and ensure operational excellence across opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, inventory flow, and loss prevention. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize profitability, monitor KPIs and sales goals, and foster an inclusive store environment.
