Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product strategy, roadmap, and continuous iteration of the company-wide user engagement platform across Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, Email, and SMS.
  • •Establish a centralized communication calendar and resource management to improve visibility and reduce overlapping or excessive outreach.
  • •Build user preference and consent management capabilities for region, language, lifecycle stage, behavior, preferences, and consent status.
  • •Design and continuously optimize company-wide user communication governance, including unified dashboards, journey orchestration, and cross-channel frequency control.
  • •Drive AI-powered personalization (send-time prediction, personalized content generation, and intelligent user segmentation) and define measurement frameworks for engagement effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably for platform, CRM, notification, growth, or user engagement products.
  • •Strong understanding of user communication channels and product mechanisms, including Push Notifications, Email, SMS, and In-App Messaging.
  • •Experience with data products for cross-channel attribution, user segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • •Experience with large-scale platform governance, workflow management, permissions/approvals, prioritization frameworks, or rules engines.
  • •Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing/Growth, Operations, Engineering, Data, and Compliance; familiarity with lifecycle, personalization, experimentation, consent management, and engagement analytics is preferred.
