Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert consultation and management for high-risk pregnancies and complex maternal-fetal conditions.
  • •Perform detailed fetal ultrasound examinations, including fetal anatomy scans, growth assessments, and Doppler studies.
  • •Diagnose and manage fetal abnormalities and congenital conditions, including prenatal screening, counseling, and diagnostic procedures as clinically indicated.
  • •Develop individualized care plans and conduct antenatal planning and delivery management for high-risk pregnancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent recognized qualification) and completion of accredited specialty training in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
  • •Fellowship or subspecialty certification in Maternal & Fetal Medicine from a recognized institution.
  • •Tier 1 qualification per DOH requirements (e.g., American Board, Canadian Board, CCT/CCST, Australian Fellowship, or equivalent).
  • •Eligible for or holding a DOH Consultant License in Maternal & Fetal Medicine.
  • •3-5 years of post-board/subspecialty experience at Consultant level, with extensive experience in high-risk pregnancies and advanced fetal imaging.
