Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multi-discipline and complex water and wastewater design projects from the planning through permitting and construction phases, including alternative delivery projects.
  • •Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects, to approved scope, budget, and schedule.
  • •Perform technical reviews and implement AECOM quality standards.
  • •Develop and mentor mid-level and junior staff for career development.
  • •Lead business development activities, including pursuing new clients and projects and serving as leader of proposal efforts, including technical and cost pricing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 1 year
  • •Valid U.S. Driver’s License and must pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records Review
  • •Preferred Capabilities: 10+ years of related experience in water/wastewater consulting and engineering management
  • •Registered Professional Engineer in PA, NJ, DE or ability to obtain within 6 months
