Job Summary

Support the HSE team in planning and implementing health, occupational safety, and environmental protection activities at the site in Ditzingen. Participate in inspections and safety walks to identify hazards, help document risk assessments and operating instructions, and contribute to continuous improvement in an ISO 14001/ISO 45001-certified management system. Assist with research, reporting and presentations, and build dashboards and monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with planning and implementing health, occupational safety, and environmental protection topics at the site in Ditzingen.
•Participate in inspections and safety walks to identify hazard potentials in production areas.
•Support documentation of risk assessments and operating instructions.
•Contribute ideas to continuous improvement processes within the ISO 14001/ISO 45001-certified management system.
•Conduct research and help create reports, presentations, dashboards, and monitoring tools.

Key Requirements

•Enrollment in a science-related field with a focus on occupational safety, environmental protection/technology, chemistry, economic physics, or industrial engineering (or comparable).
•Ideally first theoretical and practical experience in occupational safety and environmental protection.
•Basic knowledge in health, occupational safety, or environmental protection.
•Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with SAP.
•Fluent German and English skills.
