•Hire, nurture, and lead a team of world-class sales talent and set aggressive region-wide objectives.
•Set and execute a customer acquisition and expansion strategy for the region, with a focus on the retail vertical.
•Lead the verticalization strategy for retail and consumer goods by developing and refining sales playbooks and value propositions.
•Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to build a robust retail go-to-market motion and outbound strategies.
•Coach the team through the sales process, participate in deals when appropriate, and provide accurate sales forecasting.
