Job Summary

Manage end-to-end accounts payable transactions for RTX, supporting invoice and payment processing under standard operating procedures. Investigate and resolve invoice/payment issues with teams and business partners, ensure accurate posting to accounts, and support GRIR reporting and supply chain scorecards. Analyze rejected/failed payment drivers, communicate action items to prevent recurrence, and prepare/verify financial information and reports within a fast-paced AP support team.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate and resolve issues related to processing invoices and payments with teams and business partners.
•Ensure accurate processing to accounts in compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
•Perform GRIR reporting and management and provide supply chain scorecard support.
•Analyze and communicate action items to businesses to resolve and avoid failed or rejected payments.
•Prepare, analyze, and verify financial information to record transactions and produce financial reports.

Key Requirements

•An Associate’s Degree (or other 2-year post high school training) and 6 years of relevant corporate experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
•2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable concepts, practices, and procedures.
•Knowledge and experience with SAP, Oracle and/or JDE.
•Strong analytical ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve accounts payable invoice issues.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
