Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute Spares and Services category sourcing strategies in partnership with direct and cross-functional teams.
  • •Recommend spend-reduction and sourcing-efficiency targets, define cost savings and scorecard metrics, and monitor/report progress.
  • •Recommend resource levels across FE procurement categories and ensure compliance across risk, spend, quality, supplier segmentation, and management.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for assigned suppliers/projects, perform supplier commercial qualification, and address performance/capability issues.
  • •Drive digital transformation using advanced analytics/AI and lead stakeholder collaboration to deliver strategic solutions and governance cadence.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in procurement, material, and spares/services procurement (3+ years external required).
  • •Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
  • •Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively with strong impact and negotiation skills.
  • •Strong business acumen with ability to develop category strategies and perform market analysis.
