•Oversee kitchen, dish room, store rooms, and dining facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
•Coordinate with Production Manager and Site Supervisors on operational and quality functions, and manage staff shifts and expenses.

Key Requirements

•7 years experience in catering/food service
•Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP principles
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP
•Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field
•Valid driver’s license
