Key Responsibilities

  • •Own outcomes end-to-end: frame the problem, design, ship, and own the metric wherever you’re deployed.
  • •Prototype quickly and descope to the cheapest version that works while staying close to customers.
  • •Build and scale both the product surface and the underlying platform, including reliable multi-tenant batch products and data pipelines.
  • •Create AI-driven leverage with AI-assisted workflows, product wins, and critical review of AI output for bugs/security.
  • •Provide mentorship through judgment and product sense, and document decisions with ADRs and decision memos.

Key Requirements

  • •Ship end-to-end outcomes you care about, not just code, and own the resulting metric.
  • •Strong product judgment: push back on bad specs, run cheap experiments, descoping well, and collaborate with Product on solutions.
  • •Deep full-stack expertise with React (component lifecycle, state management, rendering optimization), JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern CSS.
  • •Backend and platform depth with Node.js and Python services, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous data handling.
  • •Practical cloud/data-pipeline experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway) and batch/workflow orchestration (Step Functions, Airflow or similar), plus an AI-native workflow mindset.
