Job Summary

Lead a high-performing team that sources, qualifies, and enriches leads to accelerate supply growth in priority geographies. Blend people leadership with program-management rigor by maintaining qualified pipelines, optimizing tooling/processes/KPIs, and using data to uncover insights that improve velocity and conversion. Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Analytics to strengthen lead quality, automate workflows, and drive scalable, cross-market operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline of qualified leads and monitor lead quality and pipeline health.
•Review daily performance metrics (leads generated, conversion rates, region-wise pacing) and reprioritize focus areas.
•Optimize tooling, processes, and KPIs to improve velocity and conversion, including reducing manual inefficiencies.
•Align the team on daily targets, priority geographies, workflows, and provide coaching through quality reviews.
•Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Analytics teams to share insights and influence tooling/workflow changes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 1,610,000 - 2,300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of lead generation funnels (sourcing → enrichment → qualification → conversion).
•Ability to analyze data and derive insights to drive decisions on productivity, quality, and pacing.
•Experience in operations management with focus on productivity, SLA adherence, and quality control.
•Strong people management skills including coaching, performance management, and motivation.
•Program management experience designing and scaling processes across geographies.
