Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach store profitability and efficiency as part of the store leadership team
  • •Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink; investigate root causes and escalate process/system gaps
  • •Execute key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery and replenishment, and floor set updates
  • •Partner with managers to manage budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, supporting recruitment, development, performance evaluation, and daily guest experience
