Central Utility Plant Manager (Kokomo, IN, US)

Oversee and direct day-to-day operations and maintenance of utility and energy assets at a central utility complex and the manufacturing area at Stellantis’ Kokomo Engine Plant. Ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operation while meeting customer utility requirements. Supervise a unionized hourly workforce, manage O&M budgets, purchasing/inventory, and schedules, and report weekly/monthly results. Serve as the onsite liaison between the company and customer and drive continuous improvement.
