Regional General Manager GBE

Own the growth and delivery of the Global Business Enterprise (GBE) business within an assigned region by hitting annual operating plan targets. Manage regional P&L, establish a robust management operating system, and drive continuous improvement across productivity, costs, and profitability. Lead executive relationships, shape branding and market penetration with Offering Management, and define the product/technology roadmap for differentiated customer outcomes while developing a high-performing team.
