Flight Control & Dynamics Engineer

Own flight control law design and the system identification that powers it across a family of airframes. Blend classical and learning-based control approaches, from tuned control laws to reinforcement-learning policies trained in simulation and validated on hardware. Build and validate models, keep the simulator aligned for sim-to-real transfer, and run simulation/SITL/HITL + Monte Carlo campaigns, iterating from flight logs while mentoring junior GNC engineers.
