Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a comprehensive strategy and identify key levers for the assigned sector aligned with the bank’s goals, considering opportunities, market trends, and risks.
  • •Drive client strategy and account planning with product partners and bankers to achieve sustainable growth and high-return client portfolios.
  • •Originate, structure, and execute transactions across HSBC products including transaction banking, risk management, investments, and financing/capital market structures.
  • •Deliver HSBC propositions and orchestrate best-in-class client experience across the franchise and network with strong client centricity.
  • •Lead and develop a team of bankers while managing credit risk, enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, and performance delivery for the sector portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 15 years of experience in client coverage or corporate banking roles, with experience in covering Real Estate clients/sector advantageous.
  • •Extensive knowledge of corporate banking business and products, with sound credit and structuring skills to drive multi-jurisdictional growth.
  • •Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
  • •Strong commercial mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across all levels.
  • •Experience managing teams is preferred.
