Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop short-term and long-term maintenance plans for assigned fleet using the Approved Maintenance Program and CAMO-issued documents.
  • •Forecast and schedule scheduled/unscheduled maintenance activities using company MIS (AMOS), create work packages, preloads, and gantt charts.
  • •Coordinate maintenance capacity planning with relevant stakeholders and manage activities considering calendar, hours/cycles, cost, overlaps, emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • •Produce man-hour forecast versus utilization reports and provide feedback to CAMO engineering services to improve maintenance documents.
  • •Schedule compliance of airworthiness directives and service bulletins/modifications; coordinate defects planning and complete check analysis after major checks.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Aircraft Engineering/Aeronautical/Aerospace/Industrial or equivalent.
  • •5+ years’ experience in the aviation industry, including 4+ years as a Planning Engineer or similar; Airbus A320 experience is preferred.
  • •Experience with aircraft planning systems, procedures, and documents (MPD, MRB, AMP) and CAMO continuing airworthiness processes.
  • •Working knowledge of applicable rules and regulations including CAR-M and CAR-145, and EASA Part 145/Part 21 and Subpart M requirements.
  • •Proficiency with technology systems and tools, including Microsoft suite and MRO systems (e.g., AMOS); fluent English.
