Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Technical Field Domain Expert for chemical and slurry facilities systems, consulting and supporting site facilities and manufacturing teams.
  • •Develop, review, and maintain Micron global standards, specifications, and best known methods; drive standardization across global network sites.
  • •Support design and construction for large-scale facilities infrastructure expansion projects, including design reviews, estimates, and construction progress as needed.
  • •Lead global facilities programs and initiatives, including defining objectives/roadmaps and sustainability programs aligned to corporate goals.
  • •Apply AI-enabled tools (predictive analytics, Copilot, digital twins) and data-driven practices to enhance facilities performance, reliability, and decision-making; pursue automation and AI-driven efficiency improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Industrial Systems Engineering.
  • •7 to 10 years of experience in the semiconductor and/or facilities-related industry.
  • •Technical expertise in facilities and semiconductor chemical systems (e.g., bulk/normal chemicals, chemical blending, slurry systems, valve manifold boxes, hazardous & high purity chemicals, chemical distribution).
  • •Ability to prioritize and schedule workload across multiple concurrent tasks.
  • •English required; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on teams; international travel 25–40% on average (up to 50–66% during critical phases).
