Job Summary

Assist machine operators and production teams across maintenance, clean-up, yard work, warehouse support, utilities, and material handling. Keep work areas and machinery/conveyors clean, maintain pallet organization, and transport scrap and debris away from production. Follow safety procedures, use required safety gear, report unsafe conditions, and assist with shift preparation. Perform basic equipment operation, packaging/labeling, shipping/receiving documentation support, and inventory counting as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist designated machine operators or production teams with maintenance, clean-up, yard work, warehouse, utilities, and material handling.
•Handle tasks in repetitive/sequential order and help prepare for shift production with the lead operator or supervisor.
•Operate machinery/equipment as trained and instructed, including possible work with conveyors/ramps/elevators.
•Perform cleaning and debris removal tasks, including cleaning machines/conveyors/floors and keeping areas free of buildup.
•Support shipping/receiving and inventory activities such as loading/unloading trucks, packaging/labeling, shipping documents, and maintaining/counting inventory.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
•Read and comprehend simple instructions and follow company production and safety procedures.
•Ability to pass internal certification/training and demonstrate lockout/tagout procedures.
•Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs. from ground level and stand for extended periods.
•Maintain key/lock use and attend weekly safety meetings with good regular attendance.
