Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the business-side continuous optimization approach for execution capabilities, processes, and enabling the new marketing ecosystem.
  • •Manage post-launch platform health by monitoring performance, triaging production issues, and coordinating resolutions with partners while applying learnings.
  • •Partner with end users and cross-functional teams to prioritize business needs, clarify enhancement intent, and enable feasibility, sequencing, and roadmap context.
  • •Establish and optimize governance for enhancement intake, prioritization, and communications, ensuring transparency into business value, tradeoffs, and dependencies.
  • •Serve as the voice of the marketer by creating feedback loops, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating insights into business priorities for Product, Tech, and Operations partners.
