Customer Engineer I-CMP

Serve as a customer-facing Field Service Engineer liaison, installing, maintaining, and upgrading customer equipment. Troubleshoot technical issues using digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques, working under guidance when needed. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided). Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to keep operations running smoothly and deliver exceptional service in Shenzhen.
