Senior Data Scientist, RC Capital

Build and scale underwriting and fraud detection for RC Capital as the founding Data Scientist. Own the Data Science strategy end to end: develop models for lead qualification, anomaly detection, fraud prevention, and credit underwriting using real-time cross-platform revenue data. Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate risk signals into customer flows and decisioning systems, measure impact through model performance, and help define the long-term roadmap for new fintech lines.
