Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Amazon 3P digital marketplace business, driving strategy and execution to grow revenue, contribution margin, and brand visibility.
•Own the Joint Business Planning (JBP) with Amazon and negotiate opportunities with category teams to drive sales and placements.
•Manage merchandising, content strategy, and optimization of listings for conversion including Enhanced Brand Content, SEO, and imagery.
•Develop and oversee Amazon AMS/DSP advertising strategies, ensuring efficient ad spend and strong ROI, while partnering with Growth, Retention, and Data & Insights teams.
•Collaborate with Senior Leadership, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure marketplace growth aligns with broader company objectives and share performance insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 165,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant degree.
•5+ years of experience managing Amazon or other digital marketplace businesses.
•Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, including SEO, PDP optimization, advertising, and marketplace operations.
•Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and optimizing digital shelf performance with strong execution.
•Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience using performance data to assess impact and inform investments.
