Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Construction Manager

Serve as a client-facing cost management lead for major commercial real estate and data center capital projects across the New York metropolitan area. Own cost planning, estimating, and change-order negotiations, review designs and contractor submissions, and reconcile updates to ensure accurate cost data. Produce monthly cost reports, manage valuations and contingency tracking, support value engineering and VE sessions, and mentor and develop talent.
