Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design vision, strategy, and execution across three cross-functional teams.
  • •Be the hands-on designer for a core participant domain and deliver outcomes in collaboration with product engineers, AI researchers, and data scientists.
  • •Co-own accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and Design System with other design leaders.
  • •Line-manage a group of 1-3 designers and mentor others, modeling new approaches through hands-on work.
  • •Carry responsibilities for user research and data analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive in-house product design experience alongside product managers and engineers (agency experience likely screened out).
