Oversee cold-chain warehouse operations by supervising staff, managing daily activities, and ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods. Track and report warehouse productivity, maintain accurate records and documentation, and support annexure preparation for storage and handling invoices. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, coordinate customer quality audits, and drive improvements while implementing WMS across warehouses.
